If the renewal payment you are making is via a mobile device and is not being authorised by your card company in time, try joining via a desktop or laptop and web browser.

This is often caused as a result of the mobile device being used to verify your identity and payment with your card company takes too long, and the join process “times out”.

Please log in to Trail and under “My Membership” select “Manage Membership“, in the Status Section, click on the Member Payment Portal

Read the instructions and then click on the “TRF Payment & Billing Portal” button and you will go to Stripe, the TRF’s payment processor.

Delete any expired, lost or stolen cards from your profile in Stripe and add your new card.
Once complete, click on “Return to Trail Riders Fellowship”

The payment portal is only available to a member with a recurring membership type paid by credit or debit card.
